development
Dr. Barry Jacobson worked for SWET from 1996-1998. He rejoined
SWET as a partner in 2001 and leads the watershed model development
efforts. Dr. Jacobson provides expertise in agricultural
and environmental computer simulations, complex systems engineering
approaches, and advanced project management skills.
SWET is a small firm that specializes in a team approach
to project management. Currently SWET has two senior staff,
Dr. Del Bottcher, President, and Dr. Barry Jacobson, Vice-President.
Despite its size, SWET can handle any size project because
we have developed a specialized team-building approach to
bring the best customized team for the individual client's needs.
SWET has
cooperative relationships with other consulting firms, including Mock, Roos and Associates, Inc.,
which teamed with SWET on many occasions because of their extensive
GIS experience and general engineering support capabilities.
